Choose Your Program

  • Dumbbells or Bands Only

Minimal equipment, or no equipment at all? No problem! You can complete this entire program with just a set of resistance bands. It is IDEAL to have dumbbells available, but there are band options for every single exercise.

  • Barbell and Dumbbells

Want to include barbell movements into your program? This is for you! There are also alternate exercises for every single barbell movement that uses only dumbbells for days you can't make it to the gym.

  • Return to Run with Dumbbells or Bands Only

Get back to or get into running the SMART way postpartum.

We don't just slap a running routine on top of our strength programs...because who has time for that?? This strength program is adjusted to better compliment our return to run program.

  • Return to Run with Barbell and Dumbbells

Progressive strength program that includes barbell movements and a return to run program.

This strength program is adjusted to better compliment our return to run program.

Look Inside Confident Strength Collective

We believe the way women recover postpartum is a pivotal moment in their lifelong health.

Confident Strength Collective is a balanced approach to postpartum recovery - one that addresses the changes that happen with pregnancy and giving birth, without sacrificing the need for challenge and overall strength. Our program restores your core and pelvic floor, while strengthening your entire body for long term health.

“Getting your body back” postpartum isn’t the goal. The goal is to feel strong and confident in THIS body.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Rebuild Your Strength: Regain muscle tone and strength lost during pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Feel Like Yourself Again: Get reconnected with your body and take time for YOU.

  • Gain Confidence in Movement: Perform daily tasks and exercises with ease and assurance.

  • Master the Basics: Learn proper strength training techniques and the “why” behind everything you’re doing so you can continue your fitness journey beyond the program.

  • Integrate Fitness into Your Life: Develop sustainable habits that fit into your busy schedule.

This is DEFINITELY for you if…

  • You’re postpartum and ready to feel strong. Whether you’re 6 weeks or several years postpartum, you’re looking to build strength that makes you feel confident in your body and what it can do.

  • You’re new (or new-ish) to strength training. No experience necessary. We provide cues and instructions for every single movement so you can learn along the way.

  • You are an experienced lifter. Did you know a lot of the cues for bracing that are commonly used are based off male anatomy? Of course it is! This is your chance to master the basics while getting strong AF.

  • You want more than just “core exercises.” You’re looking for a program that challenges you, respects your body’s changes, and helps you regain full-body strength.

  • You’re tired of feeling unsure about how to work out safely. You want to lift weights, build muscle, and feel confident that you’re doing it right—without risking injury.

  • You’re juggling a busy schedule and need a program that understands your reality, with workouts that are effective but adaptable when life gets hectic.

  • You want guidance from an expert who gets it. Someone who understands how pregnancy changes your body and can help you get back to feeling strong—inside and out.

  • You’re ready to stop feeling lost and start seeing progress. With a step-by-step plan, community support, and coaching, you’re excited to regain your strength and take back control. Stop wasting what little time you have on stuff that won’t move the needle!

Equipment Needs By Program:

This is a breakdown of the equipment you’ll need for each program. When you join, I’ll provide you with a list of brands I recommend!

Dumbbells or Bands Only:

Need:

  • 1 set of long resistance bands (approximately $30)

  • 1 set of short resistance bands

Good to have:

  • Full set of dumbbells in 5lb increments - The best bang for your buck is adjustable dumbbells. If you don’t have a full set of dumbbells, there is guidance for how to make what you have work for you.

  • Adjustable bench - You CAN complete the entire program without this. Many of my clients are able to use a coffee table or couch. An adjustable bench does make things easier and allow for more variation.

  • TRX or TRX-like bodyweight system - I have the non-brand name TRX and it works great and is cheap.

  • 1 Set of short resistance bands

Barbell:

Need:

  • Barbell and Plates

  • Squat Rack

  • Flat Bench

  • 1 set of long resistance bands

  • 1 set of short resistance bands

  • Full set of dumbbells in 5lb increments - The best bang for your buck is adjustable dumbbells. If you don’t have a full set of dumbbells, there is guidance for how to make what you have work for you.

Good to have:

  • Adjustable bench - You CAN complete the entire program without this. Many of my clients are able to use a coffee table or couch. An adjustable bench does make things easier and allow for more variation. (Note: you don’t need an adjustable bench AND a flat bench. Flat bench is needed, adjustable bench offers more options)

  • TRX or TRX-like bodyweight system - I have the non-brand name TRX and it works great and is cheap.

  • 1 Set of short resistance bands

  • Step up box

FAQ

  • No experience necessary! CSCo focuses on mastering the basics and building strength safely, so whether you’re new or looking to brush up on your form, you’ll be in the right place.

  • Nope! This is a comprehensive strengthening program fit for ANYONE. It's also a chance to get back to basics with new cues and tips that will improve your performance.

  • The equipment you’ll need depends on the program option you choose:

    • Dumbbell & Band Option: Dumbbells and a set of resistance bands. You will get the most out of the program if you have access to dumbbells, but the entire program can be completed with just a set of resistance bands (Approx $30 on Amazon)

    • Barbell Option: This option includes barbell movements, so you'll need access to a barbell and weights in addition to dumbbells and bands (can also use a cable machine). There are alternate exercises available for the barbell movements in case you can't make it to the gym.

    • Return to Run Options: If you’re planning to use the return to run component, make sure you have a pair of good running shoes along with what is listed above.

  • Workouts are designed to be 45-60 minutes, but I provide information on how to adjust them if you need even shorter sessions. The goal is to fit the training into your life, even when things get busy!

  • No, you can complete the program at home if you have the necessary equipment. A gym can be helpful for the barbell options, but the dumbbell and band options are designed to be done anywhere, including your living room.

  • Life happens! If you miss a workout, don’t stress. You can adjust your schedule to make it up or simply pick up where you left off. The program is designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate your needs.

  • You should be cleared by your doctor for return to exercise before starting CSCo, but beyond that, there’s no time limit. If you’re months or even years postpartum and haven’t done much strength training since giving birth, you’re still a great fit for this program.

  • Yes, the program is written by a pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach with over a decade of experience. It’s specifically designed to support your core and pelvic floor while building full-body strength. There are modifications for exercises to ensure you’re working safely at every stage.

  • CSCo blends the best of pelvic floor rehab with challenging strength training. It’s not just about deep core exercises or breathing—it's about building real, lasting strength. You’ll get a plan that respects your postpartum body while giving you the challenge needed to progress and truly feel strong again.

  • Yes! You’ll have access to group coaching calls, a private community for asking questions and getting feedback, and ongoing support from me. I’m here to help you stay on track, adjust as needed, and answer any questions you have along the way.
