Hi, I’m Doc Jen!
As a physical therapist, I saw many women struggling with problems weeks, months, and even years after giving birth—issues that could have been prevented with the right support.
I began helping new moms to bridge this gap between childbirth and full recovery. After working with hundreds of women, I saw the same problems and missing information over and over. Strong Foundations is built around the exercises and information that nearly every woman I’ve worked with has benefited from. It’s more than just a course, it’s the support and guidance that you need.
With a doctorate in physical therapy and over a decade of experience in strength coaching, I’ve made it my mission to ensure that women are not left behind during this critical period. I believe that how you recover from childbirth is a turning point for your future health, and every woman deserves the information and tools needed to take informed action.

NOW! The information and resources in the course are the most helpful for weeks 0-6 postpartum. HOWEVER, if you haven’t done anything for your recovery yet, but aren’t ready for full workouts, Strong Foundations can be started at any time…whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum.

I totally understand how hectic life with a newborn can be. That’s why the Strong Foundations course is designed to be flexible and manageable. Most lessons are short, and the exercises can be done in as little as 10-15 minutes a day. You can easily fit them into your schedule, whether it’s during nap time, while your baby is playing, or whenever you find a free moment. You can also break the workouts up to be completed throughout the day.

No. This course is designed to focus on mastering the basics of core and pelvic floor connection and movement to set you up for success in postpartum recovery. Strong Foundations is designed to give you just that….a strong foundation from which you can confidently build strength on top.

Yep! No matter how far postpartum you are, if you're looking to start with core and pelvic floor connection, this course can help you. I explain in the course how to progress through the exercise program. If you are later postpartum, you may progress faster through the program than someone starting immediately after giving birth.

You won’t need much! Most exercises can be done with just your body weight, but I do recommend at least having a set of resistance bands. I have a set that I recommend in the course that costs about $30.

Not at all! Strong Foundations is beginner-friendly and made for all levels. The course starts with the basics, guiding you step-by-step through each exercise. Whether you’re new to strength training or have some experience, you’ll find the instructions easy to follow and the exercises adaptable to your current fitness level.

This course brings you back to the basics. I have worked with powerlifters who can deadlift 400lbs who still benefited from understanding and mastering the principles in this course! But if you are looking for a strength training program, this is not the right course for you.
