  • I work completely remote with women all over the world!

  • Nope! I’ve worked with plenty of women who had never lifted weights before!

  • I do not work in a ‘session’ format. Our time together is a more continuous, comprehensive coaching relationship with ongoing communication and support.

  • That’s the best part! We figure out what makes the most sense for YOU and your schedule to be able to stay consistent! Anywhere from 2-5 days per week.

  • Nope! Most of my clients workout from home with minimal equipment. If you don’t have ANYTHING, I will have you at least grab a set of resistance bands.

  • No. The way I work is COMPLETELY different from what you’ve likely seen before, and I do not allow insurance to dictate your plan. Insurance will cover bare minimum services that will MAYBE get you “back to baseline”…and that’s not what we’re doing here!
