Postpartum Recovery

REBUILDING AND RECOVERING FROM POSTPARTUM IS A TURNING POINT IN A WOMAN’S LIFELONG HEALTH.

Building muscle after becoming a mom can put you on a completely different trajectory, and proper strength training postpartum is something that is NOT talked about enough!

Postpartum recovery is about more than your core and pelvic floor. It’s about rebuilding your entire body to be its strongest....and doing it in a way that supports early motherhood.

How it works:

  • You share your story, background and training experience. 

  • You complete a full movement assessment, and are given an overview of what I’m seeing, what we’re going to focus on and why.

  • Based on your movement assessment, your schedule and your equipment, we create your exercise program.

  • The program includes strength training workouts and mobility/pelvic floor specific movements that work together and build on top of each other to give you a well-rounded routine. 

  • Your program is adjusted and progressed weekly based on your feedback and response to the workouts. The program changes and adapts as you and your needs change. 

  • You also receive weekly check ins and form reviews to ensure that what you’re doing is continuing to move you in the right direction. 

  • You get strong AF. 

Investment:

Investment varies slightly depending on length of package and level of support, but 6 months of coaching ranges between $3500-$4500.
